TechBridge, a nonprofit that drives community impact by bringing affordable business and technology expertise to other nonprofits, is pleased to announce that the 14th annual TechBridge Digital Ball is scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2014. The event, to be held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, is the signature fundraising event for TechBridge and is recognized for drawing the who's who of the technology community.

Co-chaired by Karen Renner, CIO of Novelis, and Bill VanCuren, CIO of NCR, the 2014 Digital Ball is expected to bring together 830+ guests, including leaders in the business, IT, and nonprofit communities.

"The Digital Ball series of events brings together an unrivaled group of Atlanta's technology leaders. The funds raised by the Ball combined with the goods, services and expertise of this generous IT community enable TechBridge to impact hundreds of nonprofits, who touch millions of people," said Renner. "I am proud to serve as a TechBridge Board Member and look forward to welcoming you to the Digital Ball."

"TechBridge is making a difference by connecting the needs of nonprofits with the skills and resources of the technology community," said VanCuren. "As a global tech company that believes in giving back, NCR is a proud supporter of TechBridge and the annual Digital Ball. We commend TechBridge's efforts to use innovative approaches to help people and communities become self-sufficient. I encourage you to join us in building this community and celebrating technology at the Digital Ball."

Accenture will once again serve as Presenting Sponsor of the Digital Ball and Technology Innovation Award, carrying on the tradition it began in 2001.

"Accenture is excited to continue our long-standing relationship with TechBridge as we return for our 14th year as the presenting sponsor of the Digital Ball. We look forward to another great year of helping nonprofits creatively use technology to fulfill their missions, become high performance organizations and dramatically increase their impact," said Craig Ramsey, managing director, Accenture.

TechBridge has already sold half of its available sponsorships to the 2014 Digital Ball and has completely sold out at the Kilobyte Level. Leading companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Dell, Big Nerd Ranch, Infor, McKesson, Turner Broadcasting System, and Verizon have already committed to sponsoring the Digital Ball to celebrate the technology community's commitment to philanthropy. About TechBridge
Many nonprofits lack the expertise and financial resources to benefit from technology. TechBridge provides nonprofits the tools, resources and connections they need to better use technology to further their missions. This is made possible by the support TechBridge receives from corporations, individuals and foundations who come together in meaningful ways to benefit our community. TechBridge's signature fundraising gala, The Digital Ball, unites Atlanta's technology community to celebrate the impact technology can have in strengthening our community.
