TechGenies Appoints Three New Board Members

Top executives bring decades of technology leadership to growing software and services firm

TechGenies announced today the appointment of three executives to the board of directors. 

Trude Van Horn, SVP and CIO at NCH Corporation, brings deep expertise in modernizing, streamlining, and digitizing core services, and improving enterprise technology networks and security. She has been recognized for her visionary leadership by TechTitans, Dallas ORBIE Awards, DFW IT Luminary Awards, and Innotech Dallas. She will play a critical role in driving TechGenie's Enterprise Digital Transformation Practice.

Kris Fitzgerald is the Chairman of the Executive Council at the University of Texas, Dallas Jonsson School of Engineering, and former CTO at NTT Data Services. Kris has carried out major re-engineering efforts to improve productivity, quality, and financial results at domestic and global scales. He brings strong leadership skills and extensive experience in strategic planning, IS leadership, product management, and new business development to the TechGenies board.

Dr. Klyne Smith is an executive project management consultant, Clinical Professor at the SMU Lyle School of Engineering, and Associate Professor if Instruction at the University of Texas, Dallas. Klyne holds a Doctorate in Software Engineering, an MS in Management Information Systems, and an MBA in Finance and Project Management. With over 30 years of project, program, and portfolio management, complex integrated solution delivery, risk and issue management, and project delivery experience, Smith will be a key contributor to the continued evolution of TechGenies' service delivery systems and processes.
