Techs4Biz Announces Pervidi Software Version 5.75 Supporting Android Devices

Online, February 12, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Pervidi version 5.75 includes the ability to wirelessly transfer information to your Android device and conduct your inspections and data collection activities 'offline' using your Android smart-phone or tablet. The information is subsequently wirelessly 'synched' back to the database using the Android's wireless connectivity (3G / 4G / Wifi).

Pervidi 5.75 is offered as an enhancement to the current Pervidi version and will be available to existing customers this month.

Picture taking and Markups

Use your Android's camera to take pictures directly into Pervidi. Once a picture is taken, 'doodle' on your picture and wirelessly send it to the database. All activities are fully integrated into Pervidi with a click of a button!
Wireless Data Synchronization

You can send and receive data wirelessly by connecting the Pervidi Android application with the Pervidi Wireless Server, which can be hosted on your server or in one of Techs4biz' Data Centers. All communication is done via port 80 without the need to configure your firewall.
Managing YOUR checklists and templates

Since the Pervidi Android App seamlessly connects with the Pervidi backbone and all the Pervidi products, your can continue to design and manage your custom checklists and templates and simply 'deploy' them to your Android devices.
