TechUK Launches Outlook2Web Software to Fix a Long-Standing Problem With Outlook
New Outlook2Web software solves a common problem with Outlook file attachments and web apps like Dropbox.
London, UK, March 7, 2016 (Newswire.com) - UK-based software company TechUK introduced its first product, Outlook2Web, which enables drag and drop of file attachments from Microsoft Outlook email software to websites like Dropbox, Google Docs and Slack.
Previously, uploading an attachment directly from Outlook to an HTML5 web app was not possible without several extra steps. Chris Padfield, CEO of TechUK and DeskPRO, said “It’s unbelievable that Microsoft hasn’t included support for drag and drop to websites in any version of Outlook.”
