Temple Industries' Railroads Could Be Sold By Feb. 2011
Online, January 18, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Clark County, Wash. - At a December 13, 2010 meeting of the Clark County Washington Rail Advisory Board, Columbia Basin Railroad co-owner Eric Temple announced that he had made an offer to his brother (Nicholas B. Temple) to purchase all three of their railroads, Columbia Basin Railroad, Central Washington Railroad, and Portland Vancouver Junction Railroad. If Nicholas B. Temple doesn't accept the offer from Eric Temple, then Columbia Basin Railroad and the other two railroads will be immediately put on the market for sale within the next month. A Washington DC attorney will market the railroads for sale and Eric Temple will have first right of refusal.
