The Chairmen's RoundTable Welcomes Mac Clarke as CRT Member

President and CEO of Salient Networks to Volunteer His Time to Mentor Local Executives

The Chairmen's RoundTable (CRT), a San Diego-based, nonprofit volunteer organization that provides gratis mentoring and business advice to CEOs and Presidents of local, private businesses, announced today that Mac Clarke has signed on as a CRT mentor.

Clarke has served in a number of executive management positions over the last 35 years with a focus on organizational management of telecommunications and network services. He is currently the President and CEO of Salient Networks headquartered in Carlsbad, California. Clarke's experience includes serving as Southwestern Division Vice President and General Manager for Compath National, a division of Alltel, which was subsequently sold to Siemens Corporation. Prior to joining Compath National, he was Vice President Sales for Executone in New Jersey and later with Executone's California organization.

"I commend Mac for joining the CRT on our mission to strengthen San Diego one company at a time," said Jeff Campbell, Chairman of the CRT. "I know he shares our passion for mentorship and recognizes his involvement with CRT as an opportunity to give back to the business community. There is an ever-expanding pipeline of companies who can benefit from mentorship and it is our goal to reach out and assist as many executives as we can. We will definitely put Mac's expertise to good use. And, like the rest of us, I am certain he will find the experience as rewarding for himself as it is for those he's helping."
