Simply Vedic Cultural Society of Naperville is pleased to introduce "The festivals of colors". The Festival will be held on April 24th, 2010 between 11 am to 4 pm. The festival will be held at Knoch Knolls park located at 336 Knoch Knolls Road, Naperville.
Admission to the Festival is FREE
Festival announces the passing of winter and arrival of spring. It welcomes the spring and celebrates the new energy of the season, festival that breathes joyful atmosphere of social merriment. People bury their hatchets with a warm embrace and throw their worries to the wind. Festival promotes friendship while offering an occasion to forgive and forget. Everybody from full-blooded Indians with an understanding of Holi, to ne'er-do-wells who simply get a kick out of chucking dyed flour at strangers.
