“I visualize and sketch each necklace before I create the beads,” says Foley. “I noticed a decorative paper party garland at a local restaurant, which reminded me of a strand of beads. The garland inspired me to create the Fiesta Collection,  a group of festive, multicolored bead jewelry to put a smile on your face and add some party pizazz to your everyday style.

The Fiesta Collection offers a variety of vibrant styles, from the Extravaganza Necklace, with glass bubble beads and sterling silver confetti, to the double strand Carousel Necklace, with fanciful multi-shaped glass beads.
