How it works:



1 - Open the app and hit matches nearby

2 - View a list of pubs just around the corner showing the World Cup that day



If planning ahead: 

1 - Select Match Planner

2 - Pick your city/town

3 - Select the game you want to watch
4 - Discover pubs to visit to watch the match




The app developed by Drinksin, works anywhere in the UK and offers fully up-to-date match information from independent pubs, to the larger chain outlets, showing the World Cup matches. 




The World Cup application provides users with the ability to plan which pub to watch crucial World Cup final matches by using the Match Planner tool - just select your city and the match you want to watch and a list of suitable pubs and bars will appear making it easy to find the perfect place.


Or if out and about with mates, don't waste time wondering the streets trying to find somewhere, just tap the Matches Nearby button, which uses GPS to locate you, and get immediate access to a list of pubs showing the game just around the corner from where your stood.



So as to make sure you get to your pub of choice, Drinksin provides a free directions service from within the application, just hit directions, follow the arrows, arrive at destination and order that drink. Oh, and if you want to let your friends know where you are but are keen not to take your eye off the ball, use the application's share features and automatically post a 'meet me here' message with your location through Twitter, Facebook & SMS so your friends know where to meet you.

Drinksin is a privately funded start up based in London.
