Bucharest, Romania, July 2, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The new 1.2 version of MakeFit, the quantified fitness tracking app that helps monitor fitness improvements, was released on June 30, 2015. The app provides to people interested in maintaining their fitness level or participating at specific sports events (i.e. marathons, cycling races, etc.) an accurate report of their sports and movements efforts.
In the new version, users are able to keep track of their progress and better understand their fitness score. Also, they can see how the last 7 days activities affected their Effort, how their Fitness trajectory was affected by the last 6 weeks activities and where is situated their tiredness level in the Form section.
MakeFit 1.2 added HealthKit integration. Users can now access through MakeFit their basic data (age, gender, height and weight), which helps us accurately calculate distance, maximum heart rate and heart rate zones.
Right now, a new screen with a real-time workout analysis is available. The screen automatically detects the heart rate and shows how much time the user has spent in each HR zone. This helps the user to better understand how is his workout.
Also, users can now invite their friends to use MakeFit via Messages or Email.
MakeFit is the only mobile app that provides an accurate report which contains a personal analysis of users sports and movements efforts using data from Motion Tracking (Apple M7 & M8) and Bluetooth HR monitors.
MakeFit is available in Apple App Store, for free, and requires iOS 8 or newer. The app is developed by Cronian Labs, a technology and mobile startups incubator. You can follow MakeFit on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/MakeFitApp) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/makefitapp).
