The Karate Angels 2012 Swimsuit Calendar Contest is Coming - Let the Contest Begin!

We are listing some of the most frequently asked questions about the Karate Angels 2012 Calendar Contest, which is fast approaching. The contest will begin on November 15, 2010. Entry is free, so what are you waiting for? Will the judges be looking for martial arts ability on shoot day? Yes. You definitely want to be able to show of your martial arts poses. Also, they're going to be looking at your appearance. You want to make sure you're in the best physical shape you can be. "Although we are looking for world class martial artists it's not the only criteria." said calendar producer Alexander Delgado. "Because what better way to represent the martial arts, but through beautiful women. We are searching for world champion kick boxers, body building champions, professional actresses and models. In short, as well being professional actresses, the performers can actually back up their characters in reality."

Are there only twelve girls on the calendar including the cover? No. If someone stands out she will be featured on the cover, featured in the making of a calendar video, in promotional advertisements, and included inside the calendar too. Could I be selected as a finalist, but not selected for the calendar? Yes. If you're selected from your photo submission but do not pose well on shoot day, you could be replaced with someone that stands out. However, you could be selected for next year's calendar. So please, don't feel discouraged because you never know what's going to happen. How many semi-finalists will be selected? The semi-finalists calendar girls will consist of 12-20 Karate Angels Calendar models. When will the final 2012 calendar swimsuit models be announced? After the photo shoot, the judges will go through all the pictures and make their selections. What should I wear for my contest photo submission? Wear a swimsuit, you really want to stand out because there are going to be lots of girls competing and you want the judges to notice you. Should my contest photo submission be at a martial arts studio? No, it is not important to be at a karate studio for the contest photo submission. What should I wear on shoot day? You are required to wear a swimsuit. Additional martial arts gear will be provided. Bring more than two swimsuit changes and colors. Where will the 2012 calendar shoot be located?
