The Lighthouse Vacation Village at Bulgarian Black Sea Coast to Welcome Guests in Season 2010

6 apartments in the Lighthouse vacation village were sold in last couple of months. The complex is situated in Sveti Vlas village, near Sunny beach resort in Bulgaria. It is just 200 metres away from the sea shore. It has architecture unique for the region - a Mediterranean type. The lighthouse, which is right at the heart of the village, and most of the apartments have a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area.
The Lighthouse is a gated type of community village with a kinder garden, an open air swimming pool, a fitness centre, 44 underground parking lots, in-door and out-door bars, panorama restaurant, wireless Internet, cable TV and a phone in each room. Property management is another added value of the village.
The Lighthouse has residential area of almost 8000 sq. m. Two of the buildings in it have glass floors; each one of them has 35 apartments of 35 to 110 sq. m. area. The rest two of the buildings have 18 apartments each, with an area of 54 to 74 sq. m. The land, which the village is built on, was bought in November 2004. In February 2006 the architecture, construction and interior design of the project were completed. In September 2008 inhabitance permit was issued for the buildings of the complex.
The complex is ready to welcome its guests in season 2010.
The investment in the project - the purchase of the land and the construction of the site - amounts to nearly BGN 9 million.
The investor of the project is Prime Property BG REIT. It is the first real estate investment trust in Bulgaria. It generates return on investment for its shareholders by investing in the purchase, construction, lease out or sale of commercial, office, residential and vacation real estate projects.
