The Mse Group Trusts The Dynamics NAV Web Client Anveo Web Desk For Their RELion Industry Solution

Augsburg/Hamburg: The MSE Group has decided to use Anveo Web Desk in future as a web-based extension of their RELion industry solution for the real estate sector. Thus another Microsoft NAV partner has opted to use the Web-based Dynamics NAV client from Conion Media. One reason for this decision is the fact that the Anveo Web Desk provides a wide range of basic functions, thus supporting the development of a web-based industry solution.

Anveo Web Desk is used to develop a web-based portal for tenants that extends the integrated overall solution RELion, which facilitates the professional management of development land, commercial properties, and residential properties for housing associations and cooperatives. The aim of the tenant portal is to give tenants more transparent access to the property management company and to facilitate communication between tenant and landlord. For example, the tenant portal will allow tenants to view their account online, to learn about new developments, and to report faults or damage. This information is then forwarded to the responsible property management company. Moreover, tenants can easily check the current status of the issues they have reported. This dispenses with time-consuming enquiries. The next goal is to use the Anveo Mobile client in RELion, which provides mobile services concerning maintenance and inspection.

Anyone interested in this solution have the opportunity to experience the prototype tenant portal based on the Anveo Web Desk live at the CeBIT IT trade fair in Hannover. This is presented at the MSE stand: Hall 4 Stand A26 Column P74

REPortal, a portal for tradespeople, is also being developed based on the Anveo Web Desk. It is fully integrated in RELion and gives tradespeople who have been commissioned to carry out a particular job real time access to the job order through the Internet portal. The tradesperson can then accept or reject (giving reasons) the order via the Internet portal. These data are also exchanged in real time using RELion. For billing, comprehensive standard price lists can be imported into RELion and used in the REPortal. In addition, each tradesperson has access to a convenient, easy-to-use order reporting tool (for orders direct from the tenant).

The tradesperson's portal is planned to be unveiled at the next client day, which is scheduled for May in Hannover.

Anveo Web Desk, which was developed by Conion Media, is an extension of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system. This allows clients to set up a web-based interface for conventional web browsers.
