The Myers Group Names Janice Karkula Director of Production Services

Online, October 19, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The Myers Group, a nationally recognized healthcare survey research firm, is pleased to welcome Janice Karkula as Director of Production Services.

Ms. Karkula will lead Call Center and Survey Administration operations as part of the company's continued growth, expansion of their Call Center facility, and increased Call Center support services.

Ms. Karkula joins the company as The Myers Group is relocating their state-of-the-art Call Center, along with the organization's office headquarters, to a new facility near Atlanta, Georgia. Call Center capacity will increase by 40% in response to increased demand for phone support services. The company will expand Call Center services to include after-hours support and healthcare customer service.

Ms. Karkula comes to The Myers Group with over 25 years of experience in senior operations and business development leadership in the healthcare industry, focusing on Call Center operations. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the Financial Management Association of MGMA. Ms. Karkula has an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.

Ms. Karkula will work closely with The Myers Group's executive management team to develop strategic plans for growth with an emphasis on Call Center and Survey Administration operations.
