This holder fastens to an inner tube with a webbed nylon or Cordura strap, adjustable in length with a nylon snap-buckle. The strap encircles the inner tube and holds the Tubing Koozie upright either inside or outside the tube. For virtually any size tube, the Tubing Koozie can be produced in a wide variety of colors.”
