After attending the Soul of Yoga for the past years, I realized I wasn't the only one who still remembers their first experience of walking through the door and feeling something different. The energy is palpable and I walk away with a bigger heart each time I visit. If you want a place to expand your capacity to love and a place to remember that you are love... This is the place! The teachers are devoted, fun, deep and walk the walk! I've had many classes where I felt safe to cry or show up in "all of my splendor" of worry and negative thoughts. It is like a bath that helps me wash away all that isn't true and feel re-stored and re-newed. Also, I think the happiest people in the world are here. Seriously. I have learned so much I felt like I got to be a kindergartner again... Studying crystal sound healing bowls, the power of colors and auras, the Bhagavad-Gita, Kundalini (!!!) and much more.
