The Offshore Group to Provide Services in Mexico to Senior Aerospace GmbH

Online, June 6, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Senior Aerospace GmbH, based in Schaffhussen, Switzerland, has signed a five year contract for the provision of outsourced manufacturing in Mexico support, or, "shelter company," services with Offshore International, Inc. of Tucson, Arizona. Prior the establishment of Senior Aerospace GmbH, Senior operated in Mexico within The Offshore Group's ISO 2001:2008 certified Shelter Plan under the name of Senior Operations LLC (Ketema Division).

The company occupies 70,066 square feet of industrial space at The Offshore Group's La Angostura Industrial Park in Saltillo, Coahuila. Services at that site will be provided by The Offshore Group's Manufacturas Zapaliname. They include:

• Human resource management
• Payroll and benefits administration
• Import and export management
• Industrial building maintenance

Senior Aerospace, GmbH, manufactures products for the power generation and aerospace industries, having recently been awarded a contract from a major aerospace OEM which is an area that Senior is investing in order to grow.
