The Power of Performance Seminar Hosted by Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre Nashville

Grammy winning arranger and composer David Campbell to deliver seminar at the Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre Nashville on June 4, 2012 about the basics of success in the music industry.

Nashville is home of the Country Music Hall of Fame, Music Row, the CMA Awards and the world-famous Ryman Auditorium, hosts to throngs of Music City tourists each year. One more attraction has just popped up on the radar, and that is the seminars for musicians and artists offered consistently at the Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre Nashville.

"A Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre has a special mission - we are specially suited to help artists," says Rev. Brian Fesler, Pastor of the church.

The church has scheduled David Campbell, an arranger and composer at the top of his game, to give a seminar to aspiring musicians on "The Power of Performance - Basics for a Successful Career" on June 4, 2012 at 7pm.

In the world of arranging and composing there are few, if any, who have matched Campbell's production. He has worked on over 450 gold and platinum albums including Death Magnetic (Metallica), Minutes to Midnight (Linkin Park), KISS Symphony: Alive IV (KISS) Spirit (Leona Lewis), These Days (Bon Jovi), Fallen (Evanescence), ANThology (Alien Ant Farm), and various albums by his son Beck.

He has worked with the finest names in music including Johnny Cash, the Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Beyonce and Radiohead. Most recently his arrangements are found on Adele's 21 where David did the string arrangements of five songs including "Rumor Has It". His albums have received 232 Grammy nominations, 50 Grammy awards and 2 Oscars.

The night after Campbell presents his seminar, he will be conducting at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center for country legend Willie Nelson.

"Campbell's seminar will be very hands-on," says Fesler. "Attendees are urged to bring an instrument, which tells me they will learn quite practical things to help them in their craft."

Seminar tickets are $25 which includes two books by L. Ron Hubbard called The Problems of Work and Understanding. For more information about the upcoming seminar, call 615-687-4600 and ask for Julie Brinker. For more information about David Campbell, visit www.davidmusic.com.
