Where do you find underground passages, Indian ruins, Stonehenge-like monuments, an alternate dimension and ancient petroglyphs of the solar system?

Where do you find underground passages, Indian ruins, Stonehenge-like monuments, an alternate dimension and ancient petroglyphs of the solar system?

You can find all of these elements and more, which culminate into the adventure of a lifetime for Lorelei Lanier, psychic medium, and the Arizona-Irish Paranormal Research Society, in Lori Hines' first paranormal mystery novel titled The Ancient Ones. Published by Aberdeen Bay, it is the first in the trilogy and is available in print and ereader format through Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com.

"I used to be a paranormal investigator and was inspired by my experiences with the hobby. So I decided to write short stories and novels focusing on the paranormal genre. Other commonalities in my writings include Arizona history and wildlife, Native American history and the metaphysical." The Ancient Ones includes locales such as the Vulture Mine ghost town north of Wickenburg, Bisbee and Tombstone in Southeast Arizona, and Sunset Wupatki National Monument north of Flagstaff.

In celebration of the release, Lori has partnered with Sonoran Paranormal Investigations (SPI) in Phoenix to lead a ghost hunt of the haunted and historic Triangle T Ranch in Dragoon, Arizona on May 28th at 11:00 p.m. with a book signing from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. The ranch has been featured on an episode of Psychic Kids due to the amount of paranormal activity.

According to a recent review from Sue McGinty, Author of the Bella Kowalski mysteries, "The Ancient Ones," the first novel in Lori Hines "Ancient" series, will keep you awake and turning pages long past your bedtime. Be sure to lock the doors and windows, and keep a bathrobe handy; this mystery/paranormal/thriller might just scare the pants off you! I can't wait for the TV series."
