Glam Asia (www.glamasia.com), a publication of the world's second largest social media company, announces today the winners of the Asia's Top Glam Bloggers contest, a never-before region-wide bloggers' competition aimed towards finding Asia's very own fashion/beauty/lifestyle blogging stars from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines, Hong Kong, China and Thailand.

We'd like to congratulate the two top winners - aka Asia's Top Glam Bloggers - Geneva Vanderzeil, author of A Pair & A Spare (http://apair-andaspare.blogspot.com) and Divia Harilela of The D'Vine (www.the-dvine.com) from Hong Kong, as well as first runner-up Xiaohan Shen from Australia, who's behind XSSAT (www.xssatstreetfashion.com/), second runner-up Renee Lorentzen of Beauty Fool (www.beautyfool.com) from Singapore, and last but not least, the indisputable "Fan Favourite" Laureen Uy from The Philippines, who raked in a staggering 2,375 votes from Glam Asia fans for her blog, Break My Style (www.breakmystyle.com).

The winners, who will be announced today, will receive prizes worth as much as S$6,800, thanks to official sponsors including luxury resorts Indigo Pearl, Angsana Laguna and Westin Siray Bay in Phuket, international lifestyle luxury brand Club 21, and local shoe designer Charlene Lee (Refer to the list of prizes here). They will also get to work with Glam Asia as partner bloggers or contributors in the coming months, presenting them with a unique opportunity to speak to a wide audience of as many as 250 million via the global Glam Media network.

Due to overwhelming response from fashion, beauty and/or lifestyle bloggers from all over Asia, Glam Asia has decided to award not one, but two grand prizes to the bloggers who top the judges' scoreboard with the most original and engaging content, writing/blogging style as well as the most outstanding overall look and personality of their blogs. These are followed by first-and second runners-up and a special "Fan Favourite" prize, which goes out to the blogger who garnered the most votes from Glam Asia fans.

The competition, held from 1 February to 30 March, 2012, was organised in conjunction with local fashion social network, Clozette.co. Glam Asia has also partnered up with renowned bloggers from around the region - namely Sonia Eryka from Indonesia (A Diary Of The Riotous Belle), Joyce Kristen Wong from Malaysia (Kinky Blue Fairy), Tricia Gosingtian (Tricia Will Go Places) and Viona Wang (VW) from Singapore, as well as local fashion designer Ginette Chittick - who were on the judging panel alongside Glam Asia editor Karman Tse to select the winning bloggers.
