The Spectrum Services Group Announces Their New 'Inside Sales and Customer Service' Offering and the Newest Addition to their Team

The Spectrum Services Group, a company providing outsourced Marketing services, announces their new Inside Sales and Customer Service offering thanks to the addition of their newest team member, Becky Hankins-Martinson.

North America, December 14, 2009 - The Spectrum Services Group, a company providing outsourced Marketing services, announces their new Inside Sales and Customer Service offering thanks to the addition of their newest team member, Becky Hankins-Martinson.

According to Kimberly Clark, Managing Director of The Spectrum Services Group, "We've been hearing from our clients and prospects for years that they wished a service existed that could handle inside sales and customer service for them the way that Spectrum handles their marketing. We are thrilled to be able to offer that service now, thanks to the addition of our newest team member, Becky Hankins-Martinson."

The Inside Sales and Customer Service offering will allow clients to maximize their marketing dollar by providing a way to ensure the sales cycle doesn't stop after the initial inquiry is made and that customers don't leave for solvable issues. The Inside Sales role will nurture the relationship with prospective clients until they are ready to be turned over for the outside sales team. Additionally, the Customer Service role will nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure they stay happy and up-to-date on information they need to know.

"With Becky's educational and employment background in advertising, project management, marketing and sales, we not only have finally found the perfect person to take the lead on our new Inside Sales and Customer Service offering, but we also have a wonderfully well rounded addition to our team who has unlimited potential in how she can help us and our clients," stated Kimberly Clark.

Becky joins the Spectrum team with a B.A in Communications from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and over 17 years of Marketing and Sales experience in a variety of industries, the last six of which were working for a large software reseller. There she focused on customer satisfaction, managing the sales process from initial inquiry to project management for post sales implementation projects, and managing all of the marketing functions in between.

"My strength is in assisting organizations achieve their goals through the use of planning and implementing effective marketing programs, seeing that the sales cycle doesn't break down, and that existing clients remain happy and loyal customers," stated Becky.
