Online, September 9, 2009 (Newswire.com) - Fresh from their opening slot with ZZ Top at Chicago's House of Blues, The Steepwater Band brings their fresh brand of heavy rock/blues/americana music to the intimate Fat Tone Guitars showroom.

Throughout 2009, Fat Tone Guitars has hosted a series of musical performances in their Northbrook, IL showroom. Dubbed After-Hours at Fat Tone, this series has featured up and coming Chicago area artists as Super Mini Trio, Rebeltone, Will Jacobs and Dirty Deal, Roger and The Wraybands, and Chicken Bone.

The idea behind After-Hours at Fat Tone is to provide a friendly, laid back and intimate atmosphere for both audience and artist. The Fat Tone showroom has great sightlines and great sound--without the loud and rowdy bar atmosphere found at other venues.
