Juice Newton, internationally known for her impact on both the pop and country music scenes, exhibits diversity in her music as well as her current stage show. Ms. Newton is an icon in the music industry with 15 top 10 singles in pop and country. She has sold over 10 million records worldwide. Some of her accomplishments are: Grammy: Best Pop Female Vocalist, 4 Grammy Nominations, CMA "New Female Vocalist Of The Year," 2 time "Billboard Album Artist Of The Year," American Video Association: "Best Video," The "Gift of Music" Award, The Bammie: "Best Female Vocalist," and The Australian Music Medias Number One International Country Artist. Otha Young, Juice's longtime musical partner and songwriter, said, "With the band we have now can give the audience the full spectrum of Juice's music."
"Newton remains one of the most riveting performers in country music, any music, rocking on stage and playing each emotion for what it's worth". Juice and her band take the audience on an emotion filled ride from the stirring stillness of "The Sweetest Thing" to the rollicking "Love's Been a Little Bit Hard on Me," with a big dose of other Juice favorites as well as her ever expanding repertoire.
"Dear Fans,
Otha was my very best friend. All ups and downs we shared, loss of family and of friends we shared, success with our children and some not so successful times with them. The music will go on....and some of it will always be his music..... I hope I can share that wonderful music for years to come. I miss him so."

Otha Young, who wrote the 1980's hit "The Sweetest Thing (I've Ever Known)" for Grammy-winning singer Juice Newton during their long musical partnership, died at 66. Juice sang at his memorial service in August 2009. Young played guitar with Newton since the 1970s, appearing on all of her albums. He wrote primarily for Newton and was a singer, producer and for a time also served as Newton's road manager."The Sweetest Thing" was a No. 1 hit on adult contemporary and country charts.
They first appeared as Sweet Jubal and later called themselves Dixie Peach, working coffeehouses in Northern California. The band became known as Juice Newton and Silver Spur and started recording in Southern California under Newton's name in the mid-1970s."He was selfless in order to make this successful," said Newton. "He was a very sensitive writer . . . and the easiest person to work with. Everyone said so, and you don't hear that very often."
"We are very excited to have Juice Newton and Brenda Young (Otha's survived wife) on the live show, as they will both give a global tribute to the extraordinary work of Otha and the years of collaboration he had with Juice" - said Tacy Trump, Senior Executive Producer of The Dr. Pat Show.
