The TightLine Group Pushes to Revitalize Denver Neighborhoods

The TightLine Group announced today that it has added yet another training class to its schedule of events in order to meet the rising demand of individuals that are looking to help revitalize Denver's neighborhoods.

DENVER, CO Sept 25, 2009 - The TightLine Group announced today that it has added yet another training class to its schedule of events in order to meet the rising demand of individuals that are looking to help revitalize Denver's neighborhoods by way of purchasing boarded up and otherwise blighted homes in the Denver area.

"Once again, we are honored to be facilitating the upcoming Cash Flow Coach Investors Summit scheduled for mid-October 2009. One of our goals has been to help improve the quality of living for all Denver residents by helping to remove some of the vacant and boarded up properties from the city tax burden. We often find that once you start renovating a property, not only will other investors move in, but sometimes the surrounding neighborhood will invest time and money into improving their properties as well," said Brad Podhajsky.

"The company's mission to provide the best in education, training and discounted properties in support of other like-minded investors in an ethical and positive manner has prompted us to add this class."

Best known for buying and rebuilding distressed properties in the lower income neighborhoods of the greater Denver metro area, The TightLine Group also facilitates a local Real Estate Investment Club, Investors Realty Resource (IRR). The investment club meets the first Tuesday of every month where an average of 150 investors of all experience levels gets together to discuss real estate related topics.
