The Touch Agency Announces Exciting Internal Changes

2020 is off to a big start with the Natural CPG powerhouse updating internal structures to provide enhanced services to its brand partners

The start of the new decade marks exciting changes at The Touch Agency, a full-service sales management company focused on innovative brands in the natural & organic retail space. Continued growth of The Touch Agency client portfolio has paved the way for the expansion of client services and several internal promotions.

Aaron Henderson has moved into the role of CEO/Partner. Aaron will now run the day-to-day operations of the company as well as set the longer-term vision. Since 2006, Aaron has been an indispensable driver of growth at The Touch Agency through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and the development of the sales management side of the business. 

Catherine Willenbrecht is now the Vice President of Client Management. With exemplary skills in handling regional sales and national client management, Catherine has elevated Touch’s internal brand management with her attention to detail, consistency, and friendly personality. Going forward, Catherine will manage and streamline the Client Management Team and drive client partner strategy.

Morgan Rountree is now bringing her trademark high-energy approach to her new role as Vice President of Sales. Previously acting as a Sales Director, Morgan demonstrated her industry expertise and relationship building, particularly with Sprouts. In her new role, Morgan will have a dozen Sales Managers reporting to her across many channels and regions.

Kent Spalding is now serving as the Executive Vice President of Marketing Services. From conventional to natural brands, and across every channel, Kent brings decades of experience to this role. Having worked in operations, sales, and marketing, Kent’s wealth of knowledge will continue to be an incredible resource internally and for clients across multiple disciplines.

Al Springer, Founder & Partner, will continue to work closely with Touch Agency clients on strategic brand building while simultaneously leading the launch of Lessons From 100 Brands, a new resource center for emerging CPG brands in the better-for-you space. Lessons From 100 Brands offers consulting, templated management tools and online classes, as well as workshops and networking events in major markets around the United States. Al will continue to host a newly expanded and re-branded Lessons From 100 Brands radio show and podcast. A new season started in February 2020.
