Thinkwell Group Appoints Two New Executives in Response to Company's Ongoing Growth and Success

Steve Johnson to lead Business Development efforts for Thinkwell in the Americas. François Morel joins Thinkwell's production team as Executive Producer.

Thinkwell Group, a global experience design and production agency specializing in the creation of theme parks, major attractions, live events, and museum exhibits around the world, has announced the appointment of Steve Johnson to Vice President of Business Development, Americas, and François Morel to Executive Producer. Johnson is responsible for driving growth in new market segments and expanding client partnerships for Thinkwell's Business Development team in the Americas. Morel will focus on analyzing, planning, and structuring Thinkwell projects to ensure deliverables meet and exceed client expectations throughout all phases work.

Johnson brings over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and management to Thinkwell. With his in-depth expertise in partnership development and guest experience technologies, Johnson will play a key role in client partnerships and guiding the team in managing all client-facing activities out of Los Angeles. Johnson previously worked at Cisco | Webex and NetZero in Business Development and Strategic Partnership executive positions, where he delivered successful entertainment, experience, and technology projects for clients including NASCAR, Disney, and Amazon. He most recently led Business Development for Guggenheim Partners in Los Angeles and New York.

Morel has over 30 years of experience in production and brings a strong understanding of the interplay between architecture, media, technology, and visitor experiences to Thinkwell. His immense knowledge and strategic approach will help drive success in project planning, management, and deliverables. Prior to joining Thinkwell, Morel led design and production teams as Senior Producer at Moment Factory in Montreal and gsmprjct°, which included work on multimedia installations at Los Angeles International and Singapore Changi Airports. The massive multimedia installation at the Tom Bradley International Terminal in Los Angeles features the most advanced multimedia environment in a North American airport and is the first media system to synchronize multiple features through a state-of-the-art content management system.
