Third Annual Promoting YOU Event Helps Professionals and Entrepreneurs to Activate the Creative Power in Their Careers

Westerville, OH, September 9, 2015 (Newswire.com) - ​The third annual Promoting YOU event that helps professionals and entrepreneurs advance their careers while giving back to the community, will be held on October 23rd, 2015  8:00 AM – 10:00 AM at LifeCare Alliance in Columbus, Ohio.  Created by CEO and Chief Success Strategist of Promoting University, Tonya Tiggett, Promoting YOU is an annual event to provide professionals and entrepreneurs a fresh perspective on advancing their careers and a way to reach back and help the next generation through programs that teach leadership skills necessary to succeed.

The keynote speaker is Kathy Rausch, author of Activate Divine Creativity, an autobiography about a multi-million dollar technology business owner who lost her creative spark, suffered severe burn-out, and used creativity to launch her journey back to authentic self and ultimate career fulfillment. Attendees will receive a copy of Rausch’s book and participate in a hands-on interactive activity to spark their creativity.

The cost to attend is $35 per person with a portion of ticket proceeds benefiting CoolTechGirls, which provides great opportunities for girls through summer camp in partnership with Girl Scouts of Ohio's Heartland.

The event will kick off with networking where attendees will meet other professionals from a variety of companies and non-profit organizations in and around Columbus, Ohio, then enjoy a breakfast bar before the keynote speaker begins.

About Tonya Tiggett, creator of Promoting You Day

Tonya Tiggett was born to talk and to be in front of audiences -in both English and Spanish.
