I'm paying attention to changes in federal law and how that affects the public. Specifically, I am concerned about federal laws in relation to taxes, especially on trusts and estates, but also the rules and regulations of nursing home care, Medicaid eligibility. Things like that are very important for everyday people like my clients. Since much of my practice now involves Trusts and Estates, these things are important.
