Robert Leo, Project Manager

·         BS, Building Construction, Auburn University

·         29 years construction industry experience

·         Certified Land Distributor, OSHA 30-Hour Certification

·         Project management experience in hospitality, retail, senior living markets

Brian Patenaude, Safety & Quality Control Manager

·         AA, Mechanical Engineering, Thames Valley State Technical College

·         41 years construction industry experience

·         LEED AP Prep Course, Quality Construction Control Management Course – US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)

·         Certified EIFS Professional, AWS Certified Welding Inspector, OSHA 30-Hour Certification
