Online, July 30, 2012 (Newswire.com) - TIE Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:TTCS)today announced that they have changed the name of the company to Humanatare Distribution Corp (Humanatare)

Humanatare exists to bring healing to the billions of people that are suffering needlessly. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2010, nearly 9 million more people were infected with tuberculosis (TB) while nearly 1.5 million died from this disease. Additionally, in the "Global Tuberculosis Control 2011" report, published by the WHO, nearly 10 million children in 2010 were orphans as a result of parental deaths caused by TB. Many others die daily from the lack of clean water and proper sanitation. The WHO estimates, as of 2010, that nearly 780 million people lack safe drinking water.
