Vena Solutions, a provider of innovative Corporate Performance Management and Regulatory Solutions for the Office of Finance, announced it has named Tim Dearden as its Chief Financial Officer and Advisory Board Member. As CFO and Advisory Board Member at Vena Solutions, Dearden will be responsible for strategic direction on product roadmaps and all financial and management reporting, financial planning and analysis and investor relations.

Most recently, Tim held an Executive Director role at Morgan Stanley, a leading global financial services firm and a market leader in securities, asset management and credit services, where he spent 11 years in various capacities such as managing and developing strategically focused global teams and driving the direction and implementation of enterprise reporting solutions.
