hopes to provide straight forward and honest domain registration and hosting to UK residents who often face shockingly poor customer service. The founders observed higher focus on customer satisfaction that is typical of American companies, and decided the niche in the market was British customers who were quite simply fed up with all the nasty sales reps, poor quality customer service, and credit rating vandals they face each day. Often, when a problem cannot be solved, instead of mutually satisfactory compromise, all UK consumers get are threats that their credit rating will be damaged as it is now hostage to the company hiding behind what has come to be known as the "Rogues'charter". This group of students had enough, and launched a hosting company with a difference.
