TMC Financing Provides SBA 504 Loan for Las Vegas Hospice
$4.98 million loan for ground-up construction funds Infinity Hospice Care with 12-unit campus
Online, February 13, 2014 (Newswire.com) - TMC Financing, Clark County's largest provider of SBA 504 loans, worked with Bank of Nevada to provide financing to Infinity Hospice Care of Las Vegas, LLC for their ground-up construction project totaling $4.98 million. Cindy Santilena, CCIM served as TMC's business development officer for the transaction. The SBA 504 loan was used for the new construction of a 9,616 square foot 12-bed hospice in-patient unit and a 9,015 square foot office support building.
