We wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful time in Italy. Your selection of hotels and their locations was wonderful. Everything was seamless. Transfers to and from the airport were timely and courteous. Train transportation between the Rome, Florence and Venice was great. We especially like the way our hotels were convenient to train stations and bus tour departure points. You did a great job and we were very pleased. I wanted to drop you a line to express my appreciation of the great customer service given to me by Mr. Herman Anthony.

A few months ago I made a reservation to stay at the Camelback Inn Resort, located in Arizona. I have never visited this resort. After listening to exactly what kind of vacation I was looking for Mr. Anthony recommended this resort He suggested I go on-line to check it out and much to my delight It was very obvious he had listened very closely when I expressed what I was looking for in accommodations and activities.

As I was booking this vacation for myself and two other people I had to check with my traveling companions on several questions they had. Mr. Anthony was patient, enthusiastic and so accommodating in answering several questions over the course of several phone calls. He even went to the trouble of researching a couple of questions I had in regard to the area for me. I want to express my deepest appreciation in maintaining such a high customer service standard, I cannot say enough nice things about Mr. Anthony except thank-you for very, very much for employing this individual in your enterprise.

I want to mention that because of the excellent customer service I have received I will continue to do business with Travels To Go and I have also recommend they ask for him personally.
