Tony Pirani Has Been Recognized Among the Top in His Industry by Noticed©
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., May 21, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Tony Pirani, Attorney, Caddell Reynolds, has joined Noticed©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Pirani has been chosen as a Distinguished Lawyer™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout his career.
Pirani outshines others in his field due to his extensive educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and career longevity. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law and his B.S.S. in Politics, Philosophy, Economics, and Business from Cornell College. Pirani has been honored with the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' President’s Award as well as by Lawyers of Distinction and Who's Who Directories.
We have a lot of local district courts that don't have electronic courtroom capabilities. What this means is that if someone is incarcerated and waiting for their case to be heard, but the penitentiary will not transport them, they will have a warrant issued for their arrest for failing to appear in court. This turns into a huge problem with people who wind up paying more in fines and costs. I've been talking to a couple different friends in the legislature about trying to give these local district courts the capability to bring these people in by video conference.

Recognized as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers, Pirani brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and, in particular, to his areas of specialization, personal injury and criminal defense law. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in law, Pirani said:
"My parents felt that I had an aptitude for the field, so after I graduated from Cornell College, I enrolled in a joint degree program in business and law at the University of Iowa. I thought that I would ultimately go the business route, but after my first year of law school, I just fell in love with it and let the business side go. I really like helping people in need and I realized the capacity of the law in this respect. I decided to devote my professional life to public service as a practicing attorney, first as a public defender and now in my private practice."
As a thought leader in his field, Pirani maintains an excellent vantage point from which to keep his eye on prevailing trends within his field. He notes the increasing importance of technology in his cases:
"We have a lot of local district courts that don’t have electronic courtroom capabilities. What this means is that if someone is incarcerated and waiting for their case to be heard, but the penitentiary will not transport them, they will have a warrant issued for their arrest for failing to appear in court. This turns into a huge problem with people who wind up paying more in fines and costs. I’ve been talking to a couple different friends in the legislature about trying to give these local district courts the capability to bring these people in by video conference."
In addition to his thriving practice, he is actively involved with the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers as a past president, board member, and legislative committee chair. When not working, Pirani coaches the University of Arkansas Law School traveling trial team, where he has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy.
