TOPS® Systems Manage Police Towing in Seattle for Lincoln

TXI Systems, a vendor and systems provider to Lincoln Towing Enterprises, Inc. (LTEI) enabled the TOPScma application on October 1st which is being used by LTEI to manage the day-to-day operations associated with towing as directed by the city and police department in Seattle, WA. LTEI won the contract to manage tow operations and worked with TXI Systems to deploy TOPScma.

TOPScma uses GPS technology and a propriety "fairness" algorithm when considering which tow truck to dispatch. The fairness algorithm allows sub-contracted tow operators to participate in city directed towing even if they are small operations and only have a few trucks to contribute to the towing efforts.
