At the IMS Exhibition May 25 to May 27 Torrey Hills Technologies, LLC will showcase its refractory metal heat sinks for microelectronic packaging as well as its full range of drying and firing furnaces for thick film and brazing applications. The company supplies heat sinks made of a variety of materials including tungsten copper, molybdenum copper and sandwiched composites such as Cu/Mo/Cu and Cu/Mo70Cu/Cu. The company's other focus is to raise awareness for its conveyor belt processing furnaces that feature uniform, accurate, and stable temperature control in multiple controlled heat zones.
