Total Merchandise - BPMA Finalists

Online, February 5, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Total Merchandise were delighted to find ourselves to be a top three finalists for one of the 'Distributor of the Year' categories at the BPMA Annual Awards.

Established in 1965, the British Promotional Merchandise Association is one of the UK's leading industry bodies. The Association is dedicated to promoting best practice when sourcing, manufacturing and the distribution of promotional products.

The BPMA uphold a strict code of conduct which members adhere to. This ensures that when purchasing products within the promotional industry you are always going to receive the highest quality goods and in an appropriate space of time. As members of the BPMA, we strive to improve year on year and are delighted to be considered a Chartered Distributor status.

The Annual Awards are an exciting time for the industry as they recognise achievement and excellence within the industry. The Awards celebrate members professionalism and outstanding service. There are eleven awards in all; Supplier of the Year (up to £2million), Supplier of the Year (£2million plus), Distributor of the Year (up to £2million turnover), Distributor of the Year (£2-5million turnover), Distributor of the Year (£5 million plus turnover), Campaign of the Year, Personality of the Year, Best Free Build Stand of the Year, Best Shell Scheme Stand of the Year, Supplier Sales Person of the Year and Innovative Product of the Year.

The winners of the awards are decided by members of the Association, so the industry itself. Each member is invited to vote for each of the award categories. Of course, winning an award is a really prestigious occasion as it shows the rest of the industry that you are good at what you do. Not only does it put the company in the spotlight, but there's also an added feeling of pride as the awards are voted for by industry experts.

We were delighted to have made it to the Finalists stage in the awards for one of the Distributor of the Year categories. As we celebrate our tenth year in the industry this year, this is an award we have strived for since the beginning.
