Keller, TX, September 16, 2014 (Newswire.com) - towPartners announced today that it has launched a new website platform at www.towpartners.com for its membership organization. This new site rides on a new membership database system and is designed in a manner to allow greater interaction with the towPartners membership. The new site further serves to support upcoming towPartners mobile applications. These new mobile apps will also launch in September and will provide tools for both member companies and for everyone involved in the towing and road service industries. The new towPartners site is focused on education, industry statistics and member savings. Much more is planned in these areas for tools and content as the towPartners team works to build this new site for the industry.
“The new towPartners website is the first step among several projects we have planned for towPartners,” said Jeffrey Godwin, President of FTI Groups, Inc. “The new site is just the beginning and the powerful new tools behind the scenes will allow a much improved member experience. We look forward to delivering many new additions in the coming months.”
The previous towPartners website had been in place for over five years and was built on an open source framework. The new site is purely custom development and has already been setup to replace most of the features from its predecessor. The new towPartners website continues to provide content and some tools for non-members but most of the new system capabilities will be reserved for those members who login to interact with towPartners. All of the planned new features will be added over the next few months including many items for use in the office as well as tools for operators in the field.
towPartners expects this new site to allow it to provide a member experience tailored to each member and focused on areas most important to its members. New features in the site will allow for more direct member interaction and will improve the process by which members are engaged. The towPartners site will continue to focus on towing and recovery industry specific news, business management, safety, leadership, training, and more. The site content will be filled with information valuable to towing and recovery companies, their owners, managers, and employees. Members will enjoy many new opportunities made available through this new online presence for towPartners.
