Toyota and AOL Join Forces to Release New Search Tool to Help Consumers Find Cars

Online, July 25, 2012 (Newswire.com) - McInerney Toyota is excited to announce the release of a new online search tool to help consumers find the perfect car. This new tool is called ChooseControl and is being released through a joint venture between Toyota and AOL. ChooseControl can be found online at http://autos.aol.com/choosecontrol/.

ChooseControl allows users to specify search criteria based on elements of their lifestyle, such as family size, type of work, leisure activities, and life aspects (eco-friendly, inclement weather, etc.). Once the user has entered in all of the parameters, ChooseControl gives a list of matched vehicles. Once the user has found the best match for their lifestyle, ChooseControl provides links to local dealerships where they can purchase the vehicle of their choice.

Additionally, ChooseControl offers videos that showcase how specific vehicles will fit the user's specific needs. For example, a user with a large family may see a video of how a vehicle can comfortably and safely fit a large family along with all of their gear. AOL's advertising group created over 600,000 video combinations.
