TradeNext's Head of Compliance Nominated at the Compliance Register Platinum Awards 2015

Adil Siddiqui, Director & Head of Compliance has been short-listed as Best Head of Compliance at the COMPLIANCE REGISTER PLATINUM AWARDS 2015. He has been recognised for his excellent compliance skills and oversight alongside other peers.

One of the UK’s leading financial services firm is keen to report that its serving Head of Compliance has been nominated for an award at the prestigious COMPLIANCE REGISTER PLATINUM AWARDS 2015. Mr Adil Siddiqui, the firm’s registered CF10 was shortlisted in the Best Head of Compliance category alongside five other industry professionals in this year’s awards filings.

The annual awards ceremony is a centre point in the UK financial services compliance sector which aims to identify key individuals and firms that operate in the compliance space and make a difference.

Mr Siddiqui, an experienced banking and financial markets professional commented about his nomination: “It’s an honour to be recognised alongside my peers and colleagues, Compliance is what makes the UK the best place for global financial services firms to operate and I believe the way the region operates and governs itself is a lesson for other jurisdictions.“

Mr Siddiqui has been at TradeNext since inception and is currently serving as the Head of Compliance and MLRO as well as being a prominent senior staff member at the organisation and strategic influencer, he holds the CF10, CF11 and CF1 titles at the Financial Conduct Authority register.

2015 has been a game-changing year for FX and CFD brokers with the advent of the SNB crisis in January, which altered the way firms view and manage risk in financial derivatives, the compliance implications are expected to continue with more scrutiny in the immediate future at hand.
