TrafficAvenue Acquires Cappture.com to Further Transform Digital Advertising

Strategic acquisition expands mission to offer more advertising options and smarter targeting

​Based in Las Vegas and Montreal, TrafficAvenue has completed its acquisition of New York-based Cappture Demand Side Provider, for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition follows TrafficAvenue’s $1+ million round of funding from Business Angels in the U.S. and France.

A programmatic DSP that specializes in performance advertising, TrafficAvenue is connected to major ad networks and ad exchanges around the world. The DSP delivers more than 1.4 billion highly targeted and personalized ads per month.

“Integrating Cappture’s technology and inventory is a huge step forward for TrafficAvenue,” said Alexandre Gonzales, CEO of TrafficAvenue. “In the next few months, we will be able to offer new ad formats with smarter and better ad targeting to our advertisers and partners. Dealing mostly with media agencies and performance network around the world, TrafficAvenue operates its own ad server with three pending patents related to this technology.

As a DSP, Cappture offers white label ad servers and customized ad experiences in the U.S., Europe and Latin America markets. The DSP partner is focused on ad formats not yet offered by TrafficAvenue, like Native and in-app ads.

Over the next few months, Cappture assets will be integrated inside the TrafficAvenue infrastructure. Assets include an OpenRTB 2.3 bidder technology for native and video ads and a behavioral targeting system. To support continued growth and new technical infrastructure, TrafficAvenue has opened a research and development office in Montreal, Canada and expects to complete all developments in Quebec over the next few years.
