Transition Capital Partners Announces the Sale of Hayes Software Systems

 Transition Capital Partners ("TCP"), a Dallas, TX-based private investment firm, is pleased to announce the sale of its portfolio company, Hayes Software Systems ("Hayes"). Hayes was acquired by Frontline Education ("Frontline") on June 15, 2021. The Hayes transaction represents the second TCP portfolio company acquired by Frontline in the last year. Frontline also acquired TCP portfolio company SuccessEd on Oct. 30, 2020. Plexus Capital partnered with TCP on both portfolio companies.
