Tri-M Founder Doug Stead Retires; John Diack Introduced as New President & CEO
Tri-M announces John Diack as the new president & CEO for the company, replacing Tri-M Founder Doug Stead who has retired from these roles. Diack comes to Tri-M with over 15 years of senior executive experience.
Online, June 2, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada - Tri-M today announced that its board of directors has named John Diack as president and chief executive officer. Diack assumed the role April 23, 2010 and will join Tri-M's board of directors. To ensure a seamless transition, company founder and retiring president & CEO Doug Stead will continue in an advisory role and as Chairman.

Prior to joining Tri-M, Diack served as president and chief executive officer of Circon Systems Corp, as chief operating officer of Sxip Identity Corporation, and as Vice President, Operations and Finance for Marqui Inc.
