TTi Global Earns International Recognition by Taking a Bronze at Learning Technologies Awards in London
TTi Global was awarded a Bronze for the development of their augmented reality training solution for Jaguar-Land Rover at the Learning Technologies Awards in London. TTi Global was a winner in the "Best Use of Simulation or Virtual Environments for Learning" category.
Rochester Hills, Michigan, December 8, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Michigan based TTI Global won the Bronze award for "Best Use of Simulations or Virtual Environments for Learning" at the Learning Technologies Awards ceremony in London on 30th of November. Over 800 people gathered for the prestigious ceremony held at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in London, UK.
The event celebrated the best of e-learning and learning technologies across the world. At their largest gala evening to date, 53 gold, silver, and bronze awards were handed out. Guests flew in from all over the world and included representatives from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, USA, Turkey, Germany, Hungary, Switzerland, Spain & Italy.

The product developed by TTi Global for Jaguar Land Rover utilized a cutting-edge computer modeling program to create a heightened learning environment for users. The award seeks to recognize simulations and virtual environments that play a key role in the support of specific learning aims. The use of simulations and virtual environments as an aid to learning is more widespread as the tools and technologies for developing these becomes more accessible.
Selected winners are judged on a variety of criteria including: the views of stakeholders, the recognition of peers and professional colleagues and the responses of learners. Judges used all of these criteria to determine excellence. Supporting evidence from learners and other stakeholders was required.
Winning candidates needed to demonstrable evidence that; there was a clear rationale for the use of a simulation or virtual environment as an approach to meet the requirement, the use of simulations or virtual environments was effectively aligned with learning objectives and other criteria.
The evening was co-hosted by comedians Deborah Frances White and Katherine Ryan.
