Turn your smartphone into safe

Company CMI Technologies has released new version of a Black & White Guard, useful application for smartphones.

The modern smartphones resemble computers more than phones. While every user usually has his/her computer protected by a user name and a password, protected against viruses and spyware, and often protects any sensitive data by encrypting it, mobile phones are usually left almost unguarded. Personalization of a mobile phone is typically limited to the simple use of various ringtones, wallpapers, or schemes. The user usually only deletes any confidential SMS messages and does not care much about the list of accepted and missed calls, list of called numbers, or content of other similar overviews on communication. "I don't want to be and I am not paranoid, but when we leave our home we lock it so uninvited guests can't come in, and we will not leave our car unlocked on a street, however we often put our cell phone aside without any protection against anybody." said Roman Pospisil, executive director of the CMI Technologies company.

How does the application Black & White Guard work? Its activity is based on White List, a list of phone numbers, which is able to identify all confidential text messages and calls. Black & White Guard deletes these messages and data about these calls and saves them into a Safe, where the user can read them. Access into Safe is protected by password. Application guards all seven protocols available on a normal basis: received messages, sent messages, confirmation of message delivery (delivery reports), missed calls, received calls, called numbers and overall communication protocol. Black & White Guard works also with Black list, which allows automatic deleting of text messages and refusing calls from undesirable and troublesome numbers. From these reasons the name of the program is Black & White Guard.

Application is secure and user friendly, therefore is a good and useful assistant. Black & White Guard is so far available for smartphones with operational system Symbian 3rd and 5th Edition, which belong to the most common smartphones.
