U.S. Gain Offers a Special, Limited-Time Retail Price of CNG at Select Stations in November
An initiative to bring attention to domestically produced fuel alternative
Appleton, WI, November 10, 2016 (Newswire.com) - U.S. Gain, the compressed natural gas (CNG) division of U.S. Venture, Inc., announced today that it will offer a special retail price of 99¢/gallon on CNG at select stations to promote the benefits of CNG as a domestically produced fuel and next-generation energy.
“U.S. Gain would like to bring attention to one of our most valuable domestically produced resources,” said U.S. Gain General Manager Bill Renz. “Our country spends one billion dollars a day importing foreign oil. Through the increased use of CNG as a heavy-duty vehicle fuel alternative, we are increasing our economic security.”
To draw attention to the benefits of CNG, U.S. Gain is lowering the prices of retail fuel for a week at a time at various locations. For the week of November 14 through November 21, CNG will have a retail price of 99¢ at the following locations:
· 8346 E. Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd., Tampa, FL
· 19401 E. 32nd Pkwy., Aurora, CO
· 350 N. Freeway Service Rd., Centerville, TX
· 4960 Plant Atkinson Rd., Smyrna, GA
· 1747 Irish Indian Trail, Joliet, IL
“There are numerous benefits of CNG,” Renz added. “Not only is CNG domestically produced, but there is abundant supply and consistent price stability. CNG burns cleaner than diesel and, well-to-wheel, reduces greenhouse gas emissions by more than 30 percent.”
