UHSM 78 to host golf tournament in Manila to benefit charity
Online, February 21, 2010 (Newswire.com) - PRESS RELEASE: On 8 April 2010, the Union High School of Manila Foundation will host its first golf tournament at Orchard Golf Club at Cavite. The foundation was set-up by the school's 1978 graduates as a non-stock, non-profit organization, and proceeds from the golf event will benefit the foundation's medical and children nurture missions.
Mr. Dan Cura, president of Far East Broadcasting Company and also an alumni of UHSM 78, will kickstart the event. And there'll be entertainment to be provided by the foundation's members.
Registration starts at 09:00am, followed by an opening ceremony at 10:30am, and tee-off start at 11:00am. Early registration is recommended. The event is P2500 per golfer which includes green fee, dinner buffet, entertainment and a chance to win in the raffle. Hole sponsorships are still open at P10,000 which includes a golf ticket, streamer, and inclusion in its ad materials.
