UK Company Reduces the Cost of Fighting Superbugs

Online, November 14, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Hygienics Group Limited (Hygienics) today announced that it is launching Gienie® Pro, the first of a range of new Gienie® products, at Medica 2010.

Hygienics, already a leading provider of Hydrogen Peroxide Vaporisation based infection control systems to the UK NHS, is aiming Gienie®Pro at other areas of risk. This includes: hospitals and doctors surgeries, laboratories, veterinary hospitals, food safety environments, hotels and spas, cruise ships and health & fitness centres.

Gienie®Pro is a dual system consisting of a programmable compact dispenser unit and a replaceable canister containing Hyproxil® +, a unique and powerful non toxic and non corrosive biocide. It is clinically proven against a wide range of spores, viruses, bacteria, fungi, yeasts and moulds including MRSA, c-difficile, E.Coli, VRE, Norovirus and H1N1.
