UK Etailer Recruits New Staff As Business Is Booming
Online oak doors retailer, UK Oak Doors is delighted to announce that they have recruited extra staff in spite of the on-going economic uncertainty.
Online, July 18, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Warwickshire-based UK Oak Doors has more than doubled the size of their customer services team in the past two months, as well as hiring extra IT support, to cope with demand for their products.
As marketing manager Sonia Rabone explains, "It's true that people are looking for a bargain - but they also know that they get what they pay for. So when they make home improvements they want the best quality at the best prices - and that's what we provide.
"While we do have a showroom, our main shop window is our website, and by selling online we can afford to keep costs low. The popularity of our doors is such that we needed more staff so that we can continue to provide the same great customer service that we built our name on".
Their new team includes four new customer services staff Louise Kingett, Sarah Pyatt, Vicky Boot and Claire Freeman. They are the front line staff, helping to ensure that customers get what they need every time.
The increased business has also meant the company has needed to expand their IT department so they hired Reuben Ariyaratnam. He helps to keep their website running smoothly 24/7.
Company owner Nick Lines comments, "I'm delighted with the performance of UK Oak Doors - we may be a small company, but our happy customers are proof that big isn't always best.
"I'm proud of each of our new appointments, and I'm confident that they will help us to continue to grow throughout 2012 and beyond."
